15 months in older American hogsheads.

Stainless steel fermenters with wooden header boards.

FIRST VINTAGE
1959.

Bin 289 Shiraz –
Known as “Baby Grange” as components of it are matured in the same barrels that held the previous vintage of Grange.
Vibrant red to purple in the glass it displays rich, lifted dark fruit, dried herb, spice and licorice aromas. The palate flows on from the nose with a ripe mix of juicy black fruit flavours, mocha and anise with a solid tannin structure and great length. A very good vintage and one for the cellar.

Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon –
ORIGIN
Multi-district blend, South Australia/Western Australia including Bordertown (SA), Padthaway (SA), Coonawarra (SA), Robe (SA), McLaren Vale (SA), Clare Valley (SA), Barossa Valley (SA), Wrattonbully (SA) and Margaret River (WA).
MATURATION
12 months in new French and American (approximately 30%) oak. Also 1- and 2-year-old hogsheads – some of which were used for previous vintages of Bin 707.
FERMENTATION
Stainless steel fermenters with wooden header boards. Some components complete fermentation in barrel.
VARIETY
Cabernet Sauvignon.

RWT Barossa Valley Shiraz –
ORIGIN
Barossa Valley, South Australia.
MATURATION
12–15 months in (50–70% new) French oak hogsheads (300 litres).
FERMENTATION
Stainless steel tanks with wax-lined/wooden header boards. Fermentation completed in barrel. The odd components vinified at Magill Estate in some years, e.g. Kalimna Block 3C and Gallasch material.
VARIETY
Shiraz.

Seña is an authentic Chilean blend made from the finest Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot varieties. The Carmenere variety adds an evident Chilean personality to the wine.
